We are all ears if you are not happy with the product you received.
Exchange is available for selected products with an extra shipping charge of 100. Exchange is acceptable for 3 days after receiving the product. All you got to do is inform us via WhatsApp or email us on [email protected] about the exchange, and the new sunglasses that you selected, we’ll get it picked up, if reverse pick up is not available on your pin code, we’ll request you to ship it at our warehouse address. Once we receive the sunglasses, our inspection team will inspect if the product is in the original condition, then we’ll inform you that your exchange has been approved, and you have to pay 100 for the shipment of new sunglasses. That’s all. We’ll ship the new sunglasses on your mentioned address.
If the exchange is happening for the second time then there will be a shipping charge of 150/-
Framekart has the right to reject your exchange request. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order after receiving it contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We would need a parcel opening video as a proof of damage. Without the parcel opening video there will be no return or exchange.
1. Prescription/ Customized Lens eyewear are not applicable for exchange/ refund.
2. Please allow 7-10 days for prescription eyewear to adjust to your eyes.
Want to exchange an item?
All returned items will be refunded once they’ve been received by our warehouse. Need a different style or color of an item? Simply place a new order!
Received a damaged item?
Do not accept the package from the courier, if the package is opened/tampered with. Please ask the delivery boy to return it due to the damaged/tampered/opened packaging. We will not be responsible if the customer still accepts these kind of packages.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with a picture of the damage. We will arrange to ship an alternate item to you or refund as you may prefer within 14 days.
In case you have received damaged or wrong product, please provide a parcel opening video as a proof, you will get a free of cost replacement. And in case that particular product has gone out of stock, then you will receive a full refund , please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In few cases where exchange is not possible then the customer will get a refund after deducting 200/- for shipping charges, this is entirely at the discretion of the company.
